Requirements for an exchange
If a key does not work, we will replace it immediately free of charge! It can happen with problems, but it is extremely rare, and if it does happen, you will get a new key immediately. You take no risk with us. If you have followed all instructions and downloaded with the link as described, and the key does not work, we are there for you to solve the problem. In this case, simply fill in the fields below and upload a picture of the error message and you will receive immediate feedback from us.

We will check your details and send you a new product key
After your request, we will check your product key and issue you with a new activation code for your product if there are any problems. You will receive the product key and further information from us by e-mail.
